Richard Marx wants to see your Christmas Spirit! Here’s your chance to win Richard’s personal iPad 2 loaded with all his favorite apps and songs.

Grand Prize – Richard’s Apple iPad 2 loaded with Richard’s music catalog, a congratulations video from Richard and some of his favorite apps and songs.

To Enter:

-Visit iTunes or RichardMarx.com store and listen his latest CD “The Christmas – EP”. You can also download a free clip of his new Christmas single
“Christmas Spirit” here.

-Make a video of you, your family, friends, etc playing his single “Christmas Spirit” (remember you can download a clip for free) and being in the Christmas Spirit. Make it action packed, funny, traditional, something you’ve never seen before! Just make it awesome.

So, grab your phone and take a quick video! Some of the simplest videos could be the winners!

-Upload the video to youtube (The title of your video must include your name and “Richard Marx Christmas Spirit Contest”)

-Follow Richard on Twitter and tweet the link with the tweet “Check out our Christmas Spirit” AND/or “Richard Marx, I wanna win an iPad!” to your video to him @richardmarx Tweet and promote your video as much as you like. Of course the video with the most popularity and promotion will have more consideration.

-Like Richard on Facebook and post a link to your video on his wall

Contest Rules:

1. This contest is intended for play in the United States only and shall be only construed and evaluated according to the United States Law. Do not enter this contest unless you are located in the United States. The winnings will only be mailed to United States addresses.
2. Eligibility – Only legal residents of the United States are eligible. The following individuals are not eligible: Employees, contractors, or family members of Richard Marx Music.

3. Contest Period – December 5, 2011, 12:00 pm (EST) to January 29, 2012, 11:59:59 pm (EST). Winners will be judged the first week in February and officially announced on his website and by contact information emailed by midnight February 4, 2012. Prizes will be shipped within 6 weeks of contest end date.

4. No purchase necessary – A free 29 second clip of the music is available for download on richardmarx.com
